Priority Retainer
GTS-RET — Priority Trouble-Call Retainer — $2,800 / month
12-month term. Either side may end it with 60 days’ notice. Same-week remote triage, two remote sessions per month, first 4 hours of the first site call each quarter applied to the package, written call notes, and queue priority over non-retainer work. Site days $2,150 — about 10% off the published $2,400 day rate. After-hours, weekend, and statutory holidays 1.5× on the day rate only.
Not a 24/7 on-call roster and not the plant electrician’s weekly rounds.
All prices CAD. Travel, ferries, rooms, and rentals extra (cost + 10%). Valid 90 days from enquiry.
